Our Story

Changing Lives Through Energy

At ELCoE, we believe that clean and affordable energy is a fundamental right. Our journey began with a vision to create community owned, renewable energy and support those most affected by energy-related struggles. ELCoE was founded in Emersons Green and has grown to serve the needs of the neighbouring communities in South Gloucestershire of Lyde Green, Westerleigh, Pucklechurch, Mangotsfield, Staple Hill and Blackhorse

Membership Network

We’re developing a network of local people to share experiences and develop community resources. Members will have access to monthly workshops with energy and retrofitting experts.

ELCoE Green Open Homes Day

Green Open Homes Day

On the 16th of November we connected people curious about energy-saving measures or renewable energy sources with local home owners who had gone through the process already.
