Energy Help Desk

Launching Thursday 26th of March

Want to make your home warmer and greener? Struggling with energy bills, or curious about energy efficiency? Visit our new Energy Help Desk:

When: Every Thursday (from the 26th of March)
What time: Open for drop-ins between 1-3pm
WhereAt the Staple Hill Community Hub, BS16 5HS

Pop in for face-to-face support, and share a cup of tea with the ELCoE team while you chat about all things energy.

From energy saving tips and advice on retrofit, to free materials like radiator reflectors or humidity monitors – we’re here to help local homes save money and reduce emissions.

The Energy Help Desk can also refer you to other trusted organisations who offer in-depth support with energy debt – like Severn Wye Energy Agency, who’ll be joining the Energy Help Desk once a month.

It’s completely free and open to everyone, just drop by the Staple Hill Community Hub between 1-3pm every Thursday and ask for the Energy Help Desk. No need to book, but you can visit this page if you want to check we’re open, or see when Severn Wye will be joining us.

If you’ve got any questions and want to get in contact before visiting the Energy Help Desk, send us an email: info@elcoe.co.uk
